Today I want to share with you my new workout obsession… Amna’s Bollywood Dance Cardio!! As you know I’m a huge fitness freak… and not only is this is awesome workout, but it’s so much fun!
This incredible new fitness plan was founded and developed by my dear friend, fellow USC Engineering graduate, Amna Mazin, and is the perfect combination of Bollywood flair and heart pumping cardio!
My schedule is crazy busy, but whenever possible I go and take a class and you should too. AMNA Dance provides a structured curriculum for all levels to learn- fundamental, beginner, intermediate, and advanced technique for America’s popular dance styles: Latin, Jazz, Bollywood and Hip-Hop…so now you can learn to be an All Around Dancer by learning all four styles in one place! So whatever level of experience you have, there’s a class for you!
AMNA Dance also goes the extra mile, by tailoring their dance program to today’s media-based culture and teaching students how to perform for video. They not only post their weekly classes on YouTube but also create regular music videos of their students to showcase and capture their growth digitally.
